If weight loss was easy then people wouldn't be overweight. There is no 'secret solution'. Just change your diet to a much healthier one. Less fat, calories, salt,sugar etc and more fruit, veg, lean meat etc. you will also need to burn more calories then you consume which means a lot of exercise. Walk at first if you are not used to exercising. Once you find walking a few miles a day or every two days easy then up the speed and keep the same distance. Once you can do that then maintain the speed and increase distance, once you can do that then increase speed and maintain the distance etc etc etc if you feel as though your diet is already ok then it might be a hormonal problem in which cause you will have to go to your doctor and get blood tests done.
