If you're desperate and can keep yourself motivated then I suggest lowering the amount that you eat. Also take time out and go jogging, maybe with a friend so that is more enjoyable. If your parents drive you to school, try walking unless you're late. I stayed a little above 9 stone by walking to and from school.

If weight loss was easy then people wouldn't be overweight. There is no 'secret solution'. Just change your diet to a much healthier one. Less fat, calories, salt,sugar etc and more fruit, veg, lean meat etc. you will also need to burn more calories then you consume which means a lot of exercise. Walk at first if you are not used to exercising. Once you find walking a few miles a day or every two days easy then up the speed and keep the same distance. Once you can do that then maintain the speed and increase distance, once you can do that then increase speed and maintain the distance etc etc etc if you feel as though your diet is already ok then it might be a hormonal problem in which cause you will have to go to your doctor and get blood tests done. 1.Cut Out All Unheathly Foods And all snacks. Have 3 meals a day. Break Fast - *ONE slice of toast *Or A special k cereal bar Lunch-*Salad with a boiled egg in it for protien Dinner-*Try fish and small amount of rice Dont starve yourself and drink plenty of water. Try to do 20 push ups and sit ups a day DONT DO THIS YOURSELF but if your really desperate go to the doctors and ask him about the diet pill. The affects can be quite horrible (wake up with your bed coated in the fat-so its like you wet yourself) but im not sure if its for your age and dont risk it if its not but go to the doctors and ask for advice.
